Event and Meeting Management

      • Comprehensive planning and coordination of all event details, from concept development to execution.
      • Researching, recommending, and booking suitable venues for events, including negotiations and logistics management.
      • Creating and managing event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within the allocated budget.
      • Sourcing, hiring, and managing vendors such as caterers, decorators, audio-visual technicians, and entertainment providers.

    Travel Management

        • Organizing business travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
        • Handling all aspects of booking, from flights and hotels to car rentals and train tickets.
        • Ensuring that all travel arrangements comply with the client’s travel policies and budgets.
        • Tracking and managing travel expenses, providing detailed reports, and ensuring accurate expense reimbursement.
        • Providing travel safety and security services, including risk assessments, travel advisories, and emergency assistance.

    Bookkeeping

        • Work with organizations to adhere to their written accounting processes and procedures to ensure the organization’s financial records are accurately maintained.
        • Record income and expense financial transactions using Quickbooks.
        • Manage Accounts Payable and Account Receivable activities.  
        • Serve as a collection agent for insufficient payments from customers, members, or sponsors.
        • Perform monthly reconciliation of financial accounts and generate financial reports
